How do we get an MSI version that allows automatic registration and silent installation using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012 (  We use Microsoft SCCM 2012 to maintain License counts and ease of installation for purchased software.  We have used the following executable
 
Install_PDFR_Pro_V252.exe /S
 
But the installation works fine if kicked off manually, but doesn't automatically register and install.  Anyone have any tips on how to use SCCM 2012 to perform an automatic installation and registration so that the end user, in our case officers and support staff, don't have to do anything other than just use the application.
 
We pretty much follow this procedure for all purchased software in our organization and allows us to maintain license compliance and easily pass audits:
