When I start PDF Re-direct a pop-up dialogue box appears asking me "Do you want to allow the program to make changes to this computer?" I need to click on the yes button to start the program. How can I get the program to start without this dialogue box?

Hi,
I am sorry to hear about this problem. Unfortunately, I have not heard of this problem before. Which version of Windows are you using? Is it Windows 7? It sounds like it's trying to run as an Administrator rather than as a basic user (which is all it needs). I would right-click the program >> Properties >> Compatibility>>and see if you have an option set to tell the program to run as an administrator, or with elevated privileges. If there are such settings, try to turn it off. I hope that helps. |

I followed your instructions and made sure all boxes were not checked. I do not have this issue any longer. Thank you for your help.
