I need to click on the yes button to start the program. How can I get the program to start without this dialogue box? Which version of Windows are you using? Is it Windows 7? It sounds like it's trying to run as an Administrator rather than as a basic user (which is all it needs).    I would right-click the program >> Properties >> Compatibility>>and see if you have an option set to tell the program to run as an administrator, or with elevated privileges.
