Hi,
The error you received is: 1722: The RPC server is unavailable. I would recommend that you start with verifying that the Microsoft Windows Print Spooler is started. If it is, then also check that Microsoft RPC Service is started and set to "Automatic". PDF reDirect should then install correctly. I hope this helps. P.S. The following article by Microsoft has the following information [here] about why the RPC may not be working and why it would affect printer installation. Although it is specific to Windows NT, it does provide valuable background information. |

Hi,
Go to the Windows Start Menu >> Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Services >> Print Spooler Service. Check the "Status" Columm. It should say "Started". If not, change the Startup Type from "Manual" to "Automatic", then go to the "Action" Menu, and choose "Start". Cheers! |
