Hello,

There are potentially two reasons why the font did not appear in the PDF.

PDF reDirect Pro "embeds" all the fonts so that they show up properly in the Acrobat Reader. However, some of the Acrobat Readers have bugs, and may not show the embedded fonts properly. Adobe fixed the problems quickly, and issued "patches" to their readers.

Here is a summary of the Acrobat Readers versions, and their ability to view the PDF.

        - Reader v1 to v3 - not compatible

        - Reader v4.0.0 - ? (not tested)
        - Reader v4.0.5 - COMPATIBLE

        - Reader v5.0.0 - Text may show up garbled*
        - Reader v5.0.5 - COMPATIBLE

        - Reader v6.0.0 - OK to view but may not print properly*
        - Reader v6.0.1 - COMPATIBLE
        - Reader v6.0.2 - COMPATIBLE

There is also a small adjustment that you can make that may fix your problem too:

    1. Please go to the "Printers" control panel,
    2. Right-click on the PDF reDirect Pro printer and choose "Properties".
    3. Click on "Printing Preferences", and then "Advanced".
    4. Expand the "Postscript Options" tree.
    5. Change the "TrueType Download Option" to "Outline" (see picture)

Thanks! I setup TrueType Font Download Option in "OutLine" and everything OK! Even with Acrobat 5.0.1
