Hi,
I've got the latest version of pdf-redirect pro v2.2.8 running with a custom batch printer.  The printer is set to ftp the pdf document to our ftp server, but it doesn't!
Ftping works fine from windows explorer and from the manual connect option within pdf-redirect.

Can anyone please help?

Hi Matt,

   I am sorry to hear of the problem. I'll go take a look, and will let you know if I can duplicate the problem. The log you sent me implies that it worked, so that is odd. The "Close PDF" command just prior to the FTP upload failed - which is not right, so I need to look at that too: perhaps the problems are related.

   Best regards,

Hi,

   It works for me.

   One thing that is odd in the log you provided is your ftp address which is given as:

FTP_Address =X.X.X.X

   Is that the right address?

   But also: your local path is entered as "\" rather than a valid path, which might explain why the PDF was not closed properly. You nee to provide a valid path so that the PDF can be created somewhere before it is FTP'd.

   I hope that helps.

Hi Michel,

That was the problem.  I didn't have it saving locally at all.  I've now added a local path and uploads to ftp fine.

thank you
