I currently have a Windows 10 laptop. I am running a 3 external monitor setup. 2 Monitors connected directly to the laptop with HDMI & MiniDP. The third monitor is connected via a USB 3 docking station which is connected to my laptop. Every time I launch PDF Redirect it switches the display profile to not extend my desktop to any external monitors and enables the laptop monitor ONLY. This is incredibly disrupting as I have certain windows on all monitors. I have to go back, re-enable the three monitors, then disable the laptop monitors, then get all my windows situated again. Please help. If we can resolve I'll purchase a lifetime license. Thank you. P.S. After I print a set to it and save it. When I try to print to it again, the program crashes, causing me to have to reopen.
