Hi,
 
I am a new user.
 
I am using redirect Pro to output an excel worksheet as pdf.  The worksheet serves as a template and a vba loop exports multiple unique instances of the same worksheet. 
 
When running it from my PC, there is no problem and it works fine.  When running fom another users PC, an excel msgbox shows up saying:
 
"Output PDF not found" yet the pdf is created anyway.  I also noticed that the progress bar is red rather than green.
 
It seems that the only problem caused by this error, is that the user must now hit "ok" on that error message for each iteration of the loop, and this will undoubtedly get annoying.
 
Do you have any ideas?

Hi,

    It sounds like you are using my ActiveX component, or perhaps the Batch Printer feature. If you are using the Batch Printer feature, then check the settings for the Batch Printer as it  may be set to ask for the output destination.

    The batch printers are setup in the Preferences >> Batch Printers.

I am using the batch printer feature.  I will check the settings.  Thankyou  for your prompt reply.
 
EDIT: 
You were spot on, the settings were trying to use the add sequence instead of overwriting.  You're a genius.  BTW, very good product.
