Attempting to install on a RDP to a Terminal Server.

Windows server 2012 R2...running Remote Desktop with User CALS.

While using "Administrator" user I opened a command line and entered:
Change User /Install
I then installed and registered PDF Pro
I then entered command line
Change User /Execute
The program appeared to install correctly and will show a PDF file but will not open it.  Windows request a program to open the file with.

I'm also going to have to be able to register the Active X control on the users and have it work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Sorry for delay in answering.

Do you have a PDF viewer installed on the Server such as Adobe's PDF Reader? PDF reDirect is a PDF creator (and yes, you can preview a PDF within the program), but you also need a full reader to open a PDF.

Hopefully the ActiveX installation went OK.

Cheers!

Michel
