We have one user who is getting unwanted icons inserted into his final print out. He gets the little "X" icon for close in the top right hand corner and if he prints a multi-page set he gets an arrow/next page icon on the bottom center of each sheet. Started happening after he updated to the latest version of Adobe Reader. Haven't been able to duplicate the problem on another machine and can't make it go away on the machine in question. Would appreciate any suggestions to remedy. Thanks

Hi Paul,

Your user is selecting (just below the filename) the following option: View Style >> Full Screen with Navigation Buttons.

Please ask him or her to choose View Style >> Window (Default).

I hope this helps,

Michel
