I have the pro version. I want to remove the password and maybe at a later date give it a difrent one. Normaly this would be done by leaving the password blank. HOW do I remove the password completly ???

No worries. The password requested is not the new password (since you there will not be one). However, it is requesting the current password of the document. This is to gain access to the document, and then change the settings to remove the encryption. The encryption cannot be removed without the current password. Once the encryption is removed, the PDF has no password (blank), and you can do whatever you need to it. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you still have any questions. Best regards, |
