EXP Systems Forum: Open PDF with attchment in Adobe Reader?

Message

   After adding attachment to a PDF file with reDirect, I found that when I open the PDF file with attachment in Reader ,the attachment won't automatically pop up, the user must click the attachment button to show the attachment.
but using Adobe Acrobat to attaching files to PDF then open the PDF with Reader ,the attachment would pop up automatically!

Pls. help to tell me if there's a way to solve that?
I'd like the attchment show up directly after opening the PDF...

	Hello Grace, Thank you for your comments on PDF reDirect Pro. I did a bit of research and confirmed that I can change my code to show the attachments panel when attachments are added. I have added your request to my “to do” list, and it will be included in the next version of PDF reDirect Pro (v2.5.3). I hope this helps. Thank you for the suggestion!
