EXP Systems Forum: Problem with redirect

Message

   I've been using PDF reDirect on 2 computers 1 with xp and 1 with windows7.
Never had a problem. I use Foxit  to read the converted files. Then I attach them to an email. I use affixa to get it to my gmail acct. I'm using the same versions of all three programs on both computers. on my laptop with windows 7 I get a message not allowing the email to be generated.
If I use primo pdf and do the exact same procedure it works fine.
I'm stumped. Any ideas?

	Hi, Sorry to hear of the problem. I do not use affixa, so I have no experience on whether there is a compatibility issue. When does the error occur exactly? What does the error message say? That information might help troubleshoot. Cheers!

	Hello Mark, I did some research on this error, and unfortunately, I did not find anything. I am sorry to hear that the problem continues, but I am not sure how I can troubleshoot this problem since I cannot duplicate the problem here. Best regards,
