   I received the following e-mail that might be of interest:

It would appear to be down to having 'background printing' ticked in Word (Tools, Options, Print, Background Printing).  With this ticked, it seemed as though PDF Redirect would not create the file until the process was halted e.g by a debug point in the code.  I could then resume.  If I took the debug point out it just would not work.  Unticked the 'background print' option and seems to be OK.  Will let you know if I find out otherwise.

   For this person, the problem was occurring for one user only, and it seems that for everyone else, the code was running OK. Similarly, it works OK for me too, but I am posting this in case someone else is experiencing a similar problem.
