I am looking for a solution to a problem. I need to be able to post a PDF document on my website and can be completed and either printed or emailed. With Adobe, I can Send To and enter an email adddress, but none of the data in the form fields will be sent. Nor can I save the document with the data attached. Will PDF ReDirect allow me to do this? What you are describing is a limitation of the PDF Reader. Adobe forces users and companies to use the "Professional" version to give you the ability to save and/or collect the data that is being entered in PDF forms. This is very frustrating but unfortunately, PDF reDirect will not help you with what you are requesting. PDF reDirect is a PDF Creator and it does not allow you to edit or save form data.
I would recommend either Adobe Acrobat Professional, or a third party PDF Editor such as NitroPDF Pro, which is $99. (www.nitropdf.com) |
