Hello,

When I trying to access a certain share via PDF redirect the program hangs. I have tried this on several clients in the network, all having the same problem.

This share is on a Windows 2008 R2 server. Other shares on this server can be accessed without any problems. However the share that is giving problems is very large and contains directory and files with very long names. I can access the share with the windows explorer without any problems.

I Hope someone can help.

With kind regards,

Olav Penders

Hi Olav,

Thank you for the feedback. I am aware of the issue, which was traced to the 3rd party component that provides the treeview control in the program. They have provided me with an updated version which will be included in the next release.

You will see two things: a compatibility fix for networked folders as well as much faster handling of complex paths, or folders with large number of entries.

I hope to have the new version out in two-three months.

   Cheers!
