I received today the following e-mail:

"Starting yesterday, PDF reDirect ceased to work.  Everything functioned as normal until the "Creating PDF Output File..." dialog appeared.  The red progress bar makes it to ~20% and then everything halts (except the graphic of the pencil).  After waiting for several minutes, I clicked "Cancel" and returned to the PDF reDirect window, which was frozen.  I had to kill it."

I was able to duplicate the problem, and PDF reDirect was upgraded to v2.0.16 to fix this problem. You can download the upgrade patch as follows:

As usual, make sure all other programs are closed before doing the installation. If you get an error, please reboot and try again.
