Printer driver use to work, then stopped working. I have tried removing all traces of PDF ReDirect, then reinstalling, but no luck. The cursor spins and acts like it is going to the driver when I direct my job to print to there, then nothing happens. PDF Redirect is my default printer. It also does not matter if I let windows manage the default printer or not.

Hi,
Have you tried to do a restart, and then re-install? A restart may help reset the Windows Print Spooler Service. Otherwise, you can try the latest version (v2.5.4 beta). This version has an updated printer driver which might help. Unfortunately this is a best guess. You can download this new version from here: http://www.exp-systems.com/forum_exp/forum_posts.asp?TID=1142 Although this version is a “beta”, we have not had any reports of issues by our testers. Best, Michel |
