   Hi,
If there is an image in .rtf file, free version not including it in pdf document.
Same with Pro version too? or images are included in created pdf?

	Hello there, The image should be included (shown) whether you are using the Freeware or the Pro version. What program are you using to print the .RTF file? Are you using MS Word? I would check your settings as it sounds like something might not be set correctly. Regards Michel

	OK. I am able to manage to include image file in .rtf file. But getting error 'An error occured. Your pdf file not created properly' while creting pdf. thanks, rrts

	Hello, Suggest you turn on the "Error Logging" feature (in the preferences) and try to create a PDF once more. After it fails, turn off the error logging, then click the button to view the error log and send me a copy at exp_at_exp-systems.com. Maybe I can see what is going on. Regards, Michel
