I've been trying out PDF reDirect and it works great.  . If I purchase PDF reDirect, do I need to buy a second copy to use it on my laptop as well?

   No, you do not need to purchase a second copy. The license permits you to use PDF reDirect on any computer that you own for which you are the primary user.
