EXP Systems Forum: Numbers of Support fonts in reDirect Pro?

When i make an effort to copy some text message from pdf file document that is made by reDirect expert to Excel/Word, it arrives about to produce distinct form of font or, most from the time, only "________________" underscore characters are pasted. Please aid and advise. Thanks in advance.

	Hi, It all depends on your source (non-PDF) document, and what kind of fonts are used. Most of the fonts are converted from True Type to PS Type1 Fonts which creates smaller PDF files. You can try to change the font setting for this in Preferences >> General >> Properties >> Fonts >> Select "Do Not Convert True Type to PS Type 1 Fonts". This should make a difference, but only if you are using True Type fonts in your original document. I hope that helps. Kindest regards,
