	Hi, There is not enough of the log for me to see the problem. Please start with lookingat other posts on this subject. Often, the problem is a Read/Write access problem to the Windows\Temp folder. You can view other posts on the -100 error [here]. If you cannot find the solution, you can try again to create the error log as follows: Start PDF reDirect (manually, or through the "Print" command) Click on the green "Preferences" button Select "Generate Log Files" Click "OK" to save your settings Click on "Exit" to quit out of PDFreDirect Try to create a new PDF file. (Click on "OK" if the error occurs again). ie - click on "Print" in your application and try to create the PDF files. Click on the green "Preferences" button Click on the "View Log File" button Copy and paste the error log back to this forum or in an e-mail back to me. You can turn the error logging back OFF. Hopefully I can make some sense of what is going on by looking at the log. Best Regards,

	This forum is for users of PDF reDirect Pro, and how to use the ActiveX component for that product in VBA and other languages. I think your question is for Word VBA, and should be addressed in a different forum
