EXP Systems Forum: problem in generating pdf

Message

   I use pdf redirect to generate a pdf file from an existing word document. After I clicked Save button - an error message pop up in pdf redirect " Nothing to Save (Merge list is Empty)". Can someone show me how to fix it? Tks,

	Hi, It does sound confusing. From Word, did you choose the "Print" command to create the PDF via the PDF reDirect printer? And does the Merge list stay empty, or is there a file that says "Printer Output ..."? If the file is not appearing, then I agree that something is indeed wrong. Let me know, but, if need be, I'll ask you to record an error log to find out what is going on. Cheers!
