Good Afternoon,

I am trying to use a new shared batch printer but I am getting the below error log. I have others that are working without and problems and have set up this new printer the same way. PDFRedirect shows as receiving data, but it errors out about 50% of the way.

Hi,

   Sorry again for the delay. It turns out that internet in Northern Canada was harder than I thought. It's been up, and then it was down for a couple of days.

   I am now in Ottawa (still Canada), and Internet access is better here.

   Looking at your screenshots, I do not see any obvious problems with the settings. The error with the output to the C:\Pagina de teste.pdf is curious. Do you have read/write access to the C:root drive?

   What you can do is to unshare the printer 1st, and see if you can write to the C drive and the network drive. Sharing should only be selected if you have remote users. If you do have remote users printing to the shared printer, please make sure that the remote users have an account on host server/PC which is sharing the printer, otherwise, the PDF conversion is run with the System account which may not have access to the network folder.

   Hopefully that will help you.

   For the next version, I will add the option to run the conversion using a specific user so that you are able to ensure that there are no read/write access problems.
