Hi!

I'm trying to convert a document and have set to 6x9 inches for the custom size; but it always render as a 8.5x11 inches. Whatever I set the settings to this page size, it never make it happen. Is there something I'm missing?

I use PDF ReDirect 2.5 on Windows Vista

Hi,

   You need to make sure that the paper size in your program (MS Word for example) and of the printer are both set to the same page size. Otherwise, your 6x9 (set in Word) will be fitted in the printer's available paper size (8.5x11).

   So, when you select "Print" click the "properties" button, and make sure that the paper size of the printer is also set to 6x9.

   Hopefully this will get you going.
