I love this program but it does not have a Japanese Menu.
Will some donation or my translations be encorageing enough for you to develp this software with Japanese menu?  I do not need Pro but love to be able to use Japanese.

I am not much of help about file names problem but it will be nice to have double bite enabled.

Thank you so much for develping this software.

Hi there TokyoSkier!

Thank you for your interest in PDF reDirect.

Translating the user interface to "complex" languages that require double-byte characters is possible, but difficult. I do have one person who managed to create a Chinese translation and it worked, but it also requires that you turn on the compatibility feature of Windows XP to get it to work.

For creating the translation, you will need to use my translation tool, or you can try to edit the text file directly which some people prefer. I will send those files to you by e-mail in about one hour as well as some specific instructions.

   No donation is necessary!

I have just sent you the translation file to your e-mail address. Let me know if you did not get them.

Thanks again!

I am honored to contribute to such a nice project.

I used to program but I suck at it.  However, I can translate fine.

I am still on the New Year’s vacation so I should be able to do this in a few days.

The setting you had given me to change the Unicode program is usually set by default for Japanese Operating system.  However, if someone uses MUI (Multilanguage User Interface), he/she has to change that setting.

Thanks again,

Tokyoskier

Sorry but on your excel file Number 88 should have 2 entries but the comment says 3.  I think you should fix it.

I am up to 98.  I to take a break. hehe

Hi,

Yes, I forgot to mention: it takes about 5 hours to do the entire translation. Also, try it out before you type the entire translation: I am pretty sure that my Chinese friend said that when he tried to use the Excel file, it would not save the text file properly, and instead, he took the English.txt file, renamed it to "Chinese.txt" and edited that instead. (I would hate for you to waste too much of your time).

Then, go into PDF reDirect and load the (partial) file and see if it works.

I have fixed the error on my Master File for line 88. Thank you!

Also: be on the lookout for special characters. use single quotes (') not double quotes (") for some of the messages, and I use the caret (^) for Carriage Returns.

   Cheers!
