I have tried to install PDF reDirect on a laptop with windows XP. The install takes me through to successful install but it does not show up on the computer. Not sure what the problem is here. Any ideas

Hi, I would try a reboot first. Sometimes, the Windows Print Spooler needs to reboot before it "discovers" the newly installed printer. You should then see a new printer called "PDF reDirect v2" in your list of printers. Cheers! ------------- Michel Korwin-Szymanowski EXP Systems LLC |

Hi Mike I realized after I sent that that I do not have admin rights on that laptop. I did not think about that before I sent this in. Thanks
