I purchased PDF reDirect Pro earlier today. I got my email with my registration key and entered it both manually and cut-and-paste. Each time I got an error message telling me that the information I entered was incorrect. So I tried again with cut-and-paste. Got the same error message.
Any suggestions?

Hi Barb,
I tested your license key and it worked. I did notice a capitalization typo in your last name (the capital "I") that is probably the problem. I have sent you by e-mail a new license key with the correct name.
