I am trying to use a new shared batch printer but I am getting the below error log.  I have others that are working without and problems and have set up this new printer the same way.  PDFRedirect shows as receiving data, but it errors out about 75% of the way.

Hi,

  Sorry to hear that it is not working.

   Unfortunately, it is not clear that the error log captured the right part of the data that I need to investigate the problem. Can you try again using the following step-by-step procedure:

  1. Start PDF reDirect (manually, or through the "Print" command)
  2. Click on the green "Preferences" button
  3. Select "Generate Log Files"
  4. Click "OK" to save your settings
  5. Click on "Exit" to quit out of PDFreDirect
  6. Try to create a new PDF file using the new batch printer. Wait you are sure that the progress bar has reached 75%, and the quit/exit/kill the process.
  7. Restart PDF reDirect and click on the green "Preferences" button
  8. Click on the "View Log File" button
  9. Copy and paste the error log in an e-mail back to me, or post back here.
  10. You can turn the error logging back OFF.

    Hopefully I can make some sense of what is going on by looking at the log. I am looking for the portion that processes the Batch printer job. Look for (in the log):

"-> Who started me is =  2"

Attempted printing through new Batch Printer worked without incident today.  Must have been something with company AD Domain causing issues.
