When creating a PDF from powerpoint slides, you will get a white border around the edge of the paper when viewed on the screen as shown here:

PDF reDirect Pro includes two paper sizes with no border so that the slide will take the maximum size possible. The PDF will then look like this:

Instructions for Edge-2-Edge Slides:

  • Method #1: In the Print Dialog, select "scale to fit paper", then click on the "Properties" button, then the "Advanced" button. Finally, select the "SVGA_Rotated" paper. See the screenshots below:


  • Method #2: First, go to the "File -> Page Setup" Menu, then set the paper size to 11 inches by 8.5 inches. Quit this dialog, then in the Print Dialog, select "scale to fit paper", then click on the "Properties" button, then the "Advanced" button. Finally, select the "Letter_Edge2Edge" paper. See the screenshots below:

Please note that your users will still be able to print the slides to a physical printer properly from Adobe's PDF Reader.
