I've been using PDF Direct at work for a year now and I love your program. But once I installed it at home I can not get the image in the preview box to load in a PDF editor. What do I need to do this?

Hi,
It might be as simple as ensuring that the file extension (.pdf) association be set to that of your PDF editor program. PDF reDirect uses the default association that is set in Windows, which you can edit manually if you need to by using Windows Explorer in Windows XP. Otherwise, with Windows 7, it's in the Control Panel >> Default Program. Which PDF Editor are you using? Is it Acrobat? Cheers! |

I was using Acrobat, but I dont like it's editing capabilities. I think I'll try Foxit.

But you are saying I need a third party editor? |

Yes, I'm afraid so. Good point about FoxIt: they do have an editor as well.
Cheers! |
