EXP Systems Forum: Exception EOleSysError in module pdf4exp.dll

Message

   I'm getting the error below when PdfRedirect 
tries to capture a virtual print job. 
Exception EOleSysError in module pdf4exp.dll at 0001F20D. 
Error loading type library/DLL.

I've installed the latest version 
(2.5.2) as Administrator. When sent a print job, the program 
displays the error window more than once, opens, and displays 
the pages, but cannot save the job as a pdf file (the same error message
 displays). What got corrupted and how can I fix this?
