Hi,

   I have had 4 people with the same problem over the course of the last 5 years where PDF reDirect freezes and refuses to save new PDF files correctly. For all 4 of these persons, the fix was the same, so I figured it would be worth posting the fix here.

    If you have the same problem, please try deleting the following file, and see if that helps:
C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR LOGIN NAME]\Application Data\PDF reDirect\Prefs_v2.ini

   This file is your settings file, and it seems that it got corrupted for these users.
 
    Please note that if you can't see the "Application Data" folder, it's because Windows chooses by default to hide System folders from you. Please change that setting in Windows Explorer >> Tools >> Folder Options >> View Tab and make sure that "Show Hidden files and folders" is chosen as well as "Display the contents of system folders"
