Is there a way to remove things temporarily from the merge list to make it smaller?

Hi,

   If the items in the Merge List are existing PDF files that were dragged from the "Files" list, then yes, you can remove them by selecting them, and clicking the "remove" button which has a small minus sign: "[-]".

   Later, you can add the files back in the Merge list if you need to.

   Is that what you were thinking of?
