I tried to set up MAPI to use microsoft Exchange Server.  It looks like you do not have that functionality.  The MAPI only works with POP3?

Hello Tom,

   Actually, the MAPI option should work with whatever e-mail service you have MAPI mapped to. Therefore, if the user's MAPI account is mapped to the MS Exchange Server, that's where the e-mail will be routed.

   I had another user who had reported having a similar problem. After digging around, he reported the following: "I found the problem. The problem was that outlook was not setup for MAPI.

   Hopefully this will fix the problem for you. Please let me know if it does not.
