EXP Systems Forum: Error in non-Administrator Account

Message

   The software works fine in my administrator 's account. However, when using in Power User's Account, the time's bar in the Preview box runs very slowly after finishing a quarter while the program "Capture.exe" is occupying a high CPU's time. When the button "Save" is pressed, the dialogue's box "PDF reDirect V2" maintains the same animation without any increasing on the bar.

	Hi, I am guessing that the problem you are experiencing is with unicode characters. PDF reDirect is not compatible (yet) with unicode characters in the filename or in the path of the PDF. Same problem if the username has unicode characters in it (such as Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, Korean, Arabic, etc.). The next version will support unicode characters, if all goes well. In the mean time, your only option is to make sure that you only use Western characters. Uicode characters are supported inside the PDF, so that, at least, is not a problem. Michel.
