Hi,
I have purchased PDF reDiredt pro over 1 year ago. My computer crashed on Christmas day. I had to have the c drive redone. I lost all my information and software. I downloaded the freeware software. Your help page states that you respond to email within 24 hrs. I contacted you about this matter a couple of days ago but not any response from you. I purchased my software through Paypal with an account email of (e-mail deleted for security reasons). How do I get my registration numbers?
