Just downloaded and was wondering if there is a way to save web files to pdf that would include working links?

   Yes, there is some amount of support for web links, as long as they are in clear text. Some workarounds exist as well. Please check [here] for the full story on what you can do (note: this requires the Pro version of PDF reDirect).
