I cannot Register PDF reDirect Pro.
 
Please inform me how to register.
 
 
 I purchased PDF reDirect Pro today. I got my email with my registration key.
 
But I got an error message telling me that the information I entered was incorrect.

Thanks for letting me know.

RESOLVED: Problem was fixed by issuing the same key under a different character set - which fixed a character translation issue.

   There is not enough of the log for me to see the problem.

   Please start with lookingat other posts on this subject. Often, the problem is a Read/Write access problem to the Windows\Temp folder.
