I get a the following error when I try to install .pdf redirect v 2.50.  A window appears that says "Error opening file for writing."
C:\Program Files\PDF reDirect\PDF_reDirect.exe

Click Retry to try again, or
Cancel to stop the installation.


Please help.

Hi,

   Sorry to hear of the problem.

   Please reboot the computer 1st before attempting the install. It should install fine afterwards. It looks like the program is running in the background, or did not shutdown properly.
