EXP Systems Forum: PDF reDirect doesn't open

Message

   PDF reDirect doesn't open when I send a document to print if I haven't used it in a few hours or it's the first use of the day. The computer needs to be restarted in order for it to work. The computer uses Windows Vista, which I read in another post, may be part of the problem.
What can I do to fix this problem so I don't have to restart every time? Thanks!

	Hi, Not sure, but I can see how this would be annoying. You said you are operating with Vista. I have two Vista test machines, and both of them are doing OK (ie I have not had this problem myself). Do you know if you have the original Vista, or have you upgraded to Vista SP1 or Vista SP2? SP2 (ie Service Pack 2) is the most recent Service Pack and was released on May 26 2009, so it's quite recent. It is a shot in the dark, but it is possible that the newer version of Vista might address this problem, but I cannot be certain as I have not been able to duplicate this problem. I hope this helps,
