I am trying to prepare a PDF file from MS Word to send off to printers.  Their specification for a page is 74.25mm x 105mm.  I have set the page size in MS Word in both Page Layout and in printer properties.  When the PDF is generated, it looks like the text is positioned within a a much larger page size (A4).
Please help!

Hi Pat,

You need to have a paper size of the same size setup in the printer. Since the paper size is not a standard size, your best option is to create a custom paper size, and to use that. Basically, if Word's paper size and the printer's paper size are the same, the PDF will be rendered correctly.

There is a forum posting on how to create custom paper sizes. It's located [here]. I think this will do the trick for you.

    Cheers!

Perfect!  Your instructions were clear and this worked first time.  Thank you very much.

Hi Pat,

I am glad to hear it! I plan to add a "custom paper size" feature inside PDF reDirect so that it is more obvious for the users in the future.

   Best regards,
