EXP Systems Forum: Cannot add a port to the PDF reDirect port monitor

   Dear all,
I have installed and used PDF reDirect on loads of machines and recommended to loads of pople, but I've just come across an install error, I've never encountered before. Can anyone help?

When installing, it fails whilst installing the printer driver and you get this message: 
Cannot add a port to the PDF reDirect port monitor. Either the port is already installed or you do not have the required priviledges to install a Port.

I have full admin rights on my PC, and have even tried unistalling all attached printers, but no joy!
