Is there away around logging on as the administrator to install the printer driver? I have the program installed but went to update it and I lost my printer? IT is too slow.

Hi,

    The installer tries to install the printer driver using the Windows API calls. If that fails, it tries to install the printer driver manually via the Windows Shell. If both fail, then there is an access restriction in place that is preventing installation, and there is no other workaround that I know of.

    I am afraid you will need to ask your IT for help.
